Chapter 1, which was the first chapter that both Ricardo and I worked on together, was completed recently. Like Chapter 3, this one is a bit of a monster as well — almost 60 pages in Word.
I feel pretty proud of this chapter, as I feel it covers material that does not exist in any comparable textbook on web development.
